If for any reason you cancel your account within thirty (30) days starting from the day Vilords Technologies dispatch your welcome email including your account information or the day you place the order with us, whichever comes first, Vilords Technologies will refund your money with no questions asked.

Any request for cancellation must be received via the web form, Phone or E-mail and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. No refunds are available after 30 days.

Accounts cancelled / terminated by Vilords Technologies for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-days money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, this includes but not limited to Domain Registration, dedicated servers, virtual private servers and overage fees.
